FAQ

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Ordering on line and via email is now available. Payment is available using paypal and credit / debit cards.

Cut off time for orders is Friday midnight, juices are made fresh on Monday and shipped the same day for next day national delivery, or available for same day local collection or local delivery.

IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REGULAR FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AND ORGANIC FRUITS AND VEGETABLES.

Yes, a whole lot with the majority of them and especially the root vegetables and leafy greens.  There are natural,  more environmentally and body friendly pesticides, then there are the more serious chemically enhanced pesticides.  The majority of products are treated with the widely used chemical industrial pesticides.

Ingesting non organic fruits and veggies means you are also ingesting the toxins and pesticides used on that produce, no matter how much you wash the exterior, the chemicals also leach into the pulp or inner part of the fruit / veg, under the skin.

WHY JUICE, CAN I NOT JUST EAT AND GET THE SAME BENEFITS?
Absolutely, you can eat rather than juice and get similar benefits.  Similar rather than the same because when a food , especially fruits and vegetables, is juiced it enhances the nutrients of that produce.  One of the main reasons is that at one sitting you may eat 1 carrot and a few slices of beetroot and maybe some lemon juice but never the peel. In a 330ml bottle of JuiceSingh's The Golden Ticket juice you will typically have approximately 300- 350g of carrots, 1/3 beetroot, 1/2 lemon with the peel, Tumeric Root (with skin) and a full apple.  Not many people, especially carnivores, would eat these things in one setting let alone in one day. Thus more nutrients are packed into a freshly made organic juice and is a lot more easily consumable than sitting down to eat it and also to cook it.
As a food, all these foods have to be first chewed/masticated and then swallowed, digested and then the nutrients get sent to the parts of the body where they are required. Most of this takes up energy and time.
All these foods consumed as a liquid juice by passes the chewing, by passes having to be digested in acids and is sent to the parts in the body where it is required a lot faster and most importantly, without using up energy to digest and churn it in the stomach.
So with juicing you get enhanced nutrients faster to your body and brain, generating more energy in a very natural way.
If you wish to keep the fibre in your liquid foods then you can allow more of the pulp into the juice by not sieving it or balance your juicing with consuming smoothies, which keeps the pulp and fibre as it is blended in one container.
A more liquid diet keeps you feeling light in both body and mind.
CAN I STORE THE JUICE OR HAVE TO DRINK IT FRESH.  IF SO, HOW LONG CAN I STORE IT?
It is optimum to consume the juice soon after juicing or best within 24 hours. Keeping the juices chilled in the fridge around 5ºC will keep it safe to consume for about 4-5 days max after production and if you want to store it for later, freeze the juice asap and thaw on the day of consumption.  According to studies and research, freezing will maintain the nutrients in the drink at the point of freezing.  The only juice that may degrade a lot quicker is the green juice, that is because of the leafy greens and vegetables involved. Anything with spinach will degrade quicker and is why we have excluded regular spinach from the juice as the Kale does a similar if not more powerful job.
N.B If you are juicing for personal health and using it as a natural form of healing for a condition you may have, then the freshest and soonest after juicing is the best.
